App: Detect tempo from playing song#221

Add a feature in the app to identified the tempo of a Song that’s being played. Or also by adding a YouTube link or MP3 file. Similar to what Shazam App does to identify a song, what Moises App does to tell you the pitch and tempo of a song providing the link or mp3 / mp4 file of the song. To avoid looking for the tempo or trying to identify it manually.
