Wriststrap not small enough

Great product, but would be more effective more more skin contact to feel the vibration. The wrist strap should come in two sizes---regular and smaller for women and younger musicians. Even on the smallest notch, it is loose. Disappointing.

Hi Karen, can you share which product you are referring to? Pulse or Core? I would assume Pulse since we tried our best to fix this error when designing the Core and accomodate small wrist sizes. In the future our goal was to always at least support the minimum size of the Core. In case you have the Core, and it's still not small enough, please let me know as that would be valuable feedback. OK thanks. In the future versions of the Pulse we'll definitely make it more accomodating for smaller wrists. In the meantime unfortunately the only option you would have is to upgrade to Core but I understand that may not be ideal due to the increased costs.
