Tally counter

I'm finding I have multiple uses for this watch outside of music as well. It would be sweet to have a feature that every time you tap the watch it adds a count to a tally. For this would be useful for counting out bars in music In business it would help me estimate landscapes by counting plant materials It could be useful for counting heads for things like school trips, attendance, etc.

Changed the title from "Tally counter" to "Core: Tally counter"
