Remove Notifications sent to Garmin

My regular watch is being drained by being sent a message every 30 swconds while the Core2 is charging. Tge notifications are turned off in the app. Remove this fatal flaw.

Thanks. I will look at doing that in future posts. I guess this can explain why there are so many bugs. The right hand may not know what is going on with the left hand.
