Option to permanently enable LED lights

I really like the lights that flash with the metronome pulses, so could we have an option to have the lights statically on at all times for aesthetic purposes? Would look really cool!

This is a neat idea, but unfortunately the challenge is battery life. It will empty out pretty quickly if we leave the light on. Another neat idea could be an option to make the LED light up while the screen is on/on raise to wake for the time. This would use 90% or more less battery but perhaps still allow for a cool effect
