Learn videos: add localized subtitles (and English subtitles)

The speaker on the video is hard for this hearing impaired Yankee to understand. Captions would be helpful.

"Me gustaría que los videos de las lecciones tengan subtitulo. hablo español, entiendo mas o menos el ingles hablado pero leer en ingles no me complica. tambien serviría por si no puedes escuchar las lecciones por algun motivo en particular."
