Leaderboard practice hours (global, but also vs friends)

We can see who has been practicing the longest globally.

I love this idea - it would be cool if can you even filter it by country and instrument type so you can see the hardest practicing drummer in New York City etc.

So far it is not the highest priority because there are still more basic features we need to develop first, for example, practice charts. However, I do want to add leaderboards eventually, especially if this suggestion gets a lot of upvotes :)
