I just spent a lot of money on the Core only to find out I have to pay more money to unlock incremental tempo changes. Metronome functions should cost extra for people that invested hundreds of dollars in your metronome hardware. Owners of the Core and Pulse shouldn't have to pay to use incremental tempo on their metronome.
Hi Hatefyamini, I understand that sentiment. We launched the subscription service so we would be able to hire additional app engineers and invest more in the mobile app. We feel like there are so many features we can still add but we were not able to afford it if there was no way to monetize the ongoing improvement of the app. One of the new features that came out of this was the incremental tempo changes, which we only recently launched. Since it is part of the subscription, we don't mention this feature in any of the marketing material of our wearables. However, I understand it is still frustrating to buy a premium device and then be asked to subscribe. For now what I recommend is, utilize the 3 months free trial for the subscription and write our team at support@soundbrenner.com with a link to this thread - they'll be able to extend your free subscription for about a year. We'll re-evaluate wether incremental tempo changes should be part of the subscription in the future after we launched additional new features. Best, Florian CEO & Founder
