Don’t turn off initial display

I wear watch on my left (fretting) hand underneath my wrist so that when I play guitar I can see the watch. I would like to be able to glance at the display that shows the different bars instead of just seeing light flashing. Is there a way to keep the initial display on without it turning off?

Hi, not yet but I am trying to get our engineers to build this as an option in the settings in a future update... I think they are actually working on it already so it should come soon

I second this. I wear it the same way as the OP stated. It would be super helpful to see the beat bars so you can keep an eye on when the first beat in the measure is coming.

This has been shipped - you can enable this setting in the Core and Spark settings inside the mobile app!
