Display by: Session Plan and not only instruments

When navigating in the (Practice Calendar / view practice sessions) It should be great to be able to see what the session plan was. Currently you have to click each individual session in order to see the Session recap, and session plan. Making it hard to know which practice session is the one in where you work on something specific. I'm suggesting adding some kind of sorting option, so you can choose what information appears in the practice session. So is easy to take a glance of what topics have you recently practice instead of only knowing the time and the instrument. Currently the only way of knowing is hitting each individual practice session. Also a "search feature", this would make much more easy to spot a session by keywords. So for example you start working on a concept (Triad Pairs Melodic Minor) you work on it couple of sessions, then you move on.. after a few weeks you come back, rapidly locating and seeing where you left of (what couldn't you do, your progress) would let have a more clear view o what to practice The tracking feature is great, now is only missing this so you can search and see much more efficiently. Hey Sebastian, interesting idea - thanks! I think the way to accomplish this would be to add another option besides Instruments/Goal that you can set such as "Practice type" or so, where you can create your own categories. Then you can assign something like this to each session and later also filter for it. Although if you're expecting to make this something very specific, this list of things would get cluttered quickly... so then maybe the search function would do it, that you suggest? 🤔

Yes Floarian! That's what I'm suggesting, search function would make it easy to navigate. Or if you create another option besides instruments/goal, it could be the first line of the "session plan".. for me for example I used to put the most important thing there. And getting to have a glance of that title would help me to find more quickly the practice sessions. Either way, search or another sorting option that displays the session plan would do ! I created a development ticket to add the search feature already by the way - but I am not sure when our engineers get around to build it!

I just stumbled on how this feature should look like. From an app called "andante", specifically designed for practice journaling. The title would be: Session plan The Body: Session Reccap. In this way to can easily go throughout what have you practice. Now having to open each session to see what you practiced or search a particular session is really time consuming.
