Apparently these two connect slightly different to the smartphone's app (I guess a different protocol), and so when trying to use both units at the same time there are problems where the tempo changes by itself and other glitches. As a drummer in my band, I wish to use the core as the "master" unit so to speak (because I can change the tempo and see the tempo value directly from the unit without needing to look at the smartphone) and have the rest of the pulse units as the "slaves" who cannot change anything (not the stop/start, not the tempo and not tapping or anything else). I currently cannot do that because this connection issue is throwing the tempo off so I can only connect multiple pulse units but not the core along with them (and of course, the pulse unit does not display the tempo and I have to go back to the app on the smartphone all the time to see what I'm changing the tempo to and so on).
Changed the title from "Connecting the Core woth the Pulse" to "Core/Pulse: Improve multi-player sync compatibility"
I agree and fell this need to be addressed quickly please
