Hi The only reason I’m not purchasing the Core right now is because there is no ability to adjust the tuners frequency eg. A= 440hz. I have my guitar tuned to A= 444hz as I can sing along to what I’m playing better and find that my instrument resonates and feels better in this range.
Yes, we already have a UI designed for that but so far we didn’t prioritze this in development. I hope this gets a lot of upvotes so we can make this happen soon!
As soon as this is the case I’ll definitely be purchasing one 👍 Thanks for your reply Florian 😊🙏
Sadly, I oso wanna change 440hz to 442hz
I am in the field of Early Music. And I often use 415hz and 430hz. It would be great with multipule temperament, but I wouldn’t say..
From another thread:
I think for people who do accoustic music this would be helpful for the growing amount of people in early music or interested in different tunings to make the app/core more functional since this would compete with paid apps which offer the tuning for historically-inclined pitches. Paid apps like tunable do it, but they don’t do wearables so this would take a bit more of this market here.
You’re using my words! I appreciate it.
I find on a violin that 415 and 392 really give nice pitches espeically on chamber music where it’s so rich.
Great idea.
Is it implemented yet? I’ve been waiting 2 years for this feature.
Hi Charles, unfortunately not yet, but it is on our roadmap
Wow it feels like one of the most fundamental or dare I say “core” concepts of music is tuning.. hope this changes soon!
This is fundamental for music making. In many orchestras and ensembles in the world, A 440Hz is not the reference pitch. And from a technical point of view, to make this customizable shouldn’t be challenging, unless it’s somehow embeded in the hardware of the device, which would be a big design fault.
Glad to hear you are working on this.
Hello i just want to upgrade this post, i tune all my instrument in 432HZ and if you make this upgrade i will buy a soundbrenner !
Please make this a priority, it’s not very complexe to do it <3
