App: Custom sounds (Android)#32

Consider adding the ability for me to upload my own custom sounds to use as a tick… this would help me make my own music, using the Soundbrenner app as a digital audio workstation.

Hi Emmy, what do you mean by that? There are over 20 sounds to choose from in the app already

Happy to announce this feature was released on iOS for Plus subscribers. You can now upload your custom sounds to the metronome! Just go to settings -> app settings -> metronome sounds and it’s there :) The sounds are even synced with your Soundbrenner account. This means they are backed up and available on all your devices you’re logged in with your Soundbrenner account. At some point we will also bring this feature to Android.

Why the fuck is everything for plus subscribers? Can’t free users have some better features to help them practice?

Hi Ronald, unfortunately our engineers and designer don’t want to work for free. They claim they want to have money for food and rent. I am as annoyed as you are but for now we have no choice but to meet their demands. In order to do that, we need to charge people who want to use advanced features of our app money 😤
