App: run metronome for x bars#129

When defining songs, allow user to specify number of bars for song to run - ie play two bars and stop. This lets the user transmit x bars to the band but not continue metronome pulses for the duration of the song

Need this for starting out songs as a drummer but not playing whole song with click
