Core: turn notifications on and off depending on the app#57

Have a setting inside the Soundbrenner app that allow you to disable notifications for certain apps from being sent to Core (e.g. email)

“I love being able to see the notifications I receive on my watch, but it’d be nice to be able to turn off the notifications for certain apps. I know I could just turn off notifications for specific apps in the phone settings, but then I’d get no notifications on my phone either.”
